WINDOWS 10, I WASN'T TRYING TO SAVE IT AS DRIVE I: OR SAVE IT TO THAT >:<

Deletemaybe you should try not making file names with special symbols in it. check the following link under "reserved words and characters" for the symbols that you cant use. or you know, name your files after something related to the picture as opposed to emoticons.
