i just joined this discord server
people could visit the rules and announcements channels
but they couldn't see the message histories of those channels
PLUS
people with unclaimed accounts couldn't post messages in that server

ALSO
someone posted a message in the rules channel and asked ppl if they could see it
i could see it
but the thing saying i couldn't view the message history of that channel was still above it
and when i refreshed
the message didn't show
